5.1. The Centre retains personal information in accordance with the requirements of Bill C25 and the professional standards applicable to each of the disciplines offered.

5.2. Personal information is kept in a secure environment, protected against unauthorized access, improper use, modification, disclosure or destruction.

6. Access to Personal Information

6.1. The customer has the right to access, rectify or request the deletion of his or her personal information held by the Centre, except as provided by law.

6.2. For any request for access, rectification or deletion, the customer is invited to contact the Centre’s Privacy Officer.

7. Updating the Policy

7.1. This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on our website and, if necessary, communicated to customers.
